Questions we hear a lot.

What's a basic Mishi Lux routine?
Cleanse with the Milky Facial Cleanser, follow with the Hyaluronic Facial Serum, then seal it in with the Facial Moisturizer. Add a mask once or twice a week depending on what your skin needs — the ritual finder above will build this out for you based on your specific concern.
Is this actually safe for reactive or eczema-prone skin?
Every formula is built around that exact question. Nothing ships until it's gentle enough for the most reactive skin the founder has personally tested it on — that's been the standard from day one, not a marketing claim added later.
What does "fragrance-free" actually mean here?
No added fragrance, and no masking agents either — the ingredients some "unscented" products use to cover the smell of other ingredients, which can trigger reactions of their own. If it's not doing something for your skin, it's not in the bottle.
When will my order ship if I join the waitlist?
Your card isn't charged until your order is ready to ship, and you'll get real updates on production progress along the way. Founding customers (first 50) ship first, ahead of public launch.
